On Monday, July 4, 2016, heaven gained an angel, a spirit of revered grace and tranquility, and a noble scholar that we casually call the Mother of our organization.  Our Founder, Dr. Tammara R. Winn was called home on that day and although her passing was very tragic to her family, friends, co-workers, and several organizations - we are all thankful to know that she will no longer live in a world where there is pain and suffering.  Thank you for watching over us from above, our angel.  We humbly thank our Founder, Terrence M. Johnson, for sharing her with us and stand beside him in his time of mourning.  Thank you D.A.D.!
